《在日本做IT》第六篇

日本是一个信息化程度很高的国家，日本也是一个互联网化很低的国家。来自世界各地的IT人，正在推动着日本信息化，互联网化发展。来自中国的IT人，更是其中的中坚力量。本系列文章，会以一期一人的形式，向大家展现日本IT行业的一角，让大家透过这掀开的一小角，来深入了解日本IT行业。

嘉宾介绍：Saif，来自也门，吉林大学计算机博士，在国际期刊发表过多篇论文，精通多国语言，在北京工作过三年，目前居住在日本。

闲聊对话：

老桂：你在中国取得学位并工作，如何将在中国获得的经验应用到日本的工作环境中？你是如何适应日本的工作文化和社会习惯的？

Saif：My experience in China likely involved cross-cultural interactions that teach me to respect others culture what even is same to be strange to me. This skill is valuable in Japan too, where improved the communication with community, work mate and superiors. In language learning, learning Chinese language help me know how to dial with Chinese character and study new language as well.

老桂：你可以分享在中国和日本IT行业的不同之处。比如，技术发展、创新氛围、工作态度等方面的异同。

Saif：China has a highly competitive and innovative atmosphere in its IT industry. There is strong government support for tech start ups, leading to a vibrant entrepreneurial culture. Japan has a more conservative approach to innovation. 

老桂：你的博士学位和中国的工作经验是否对你在日本的职业发展产生了影响？在日本，你是如何继续学习和培训以保持竞争力？

Saif：Yes, PhD and work experience in China have a big impact on my career development, most of my work experience was in China because it was the first work experience, PhD research was an excellent experience of self-study and cutting-edge knowledge.

老桂：你可以分享在中日两国工作时遇到的文化差异对你职业生涯的影响。这些差异是否影响了团队合作、沟通方式等方面？

Saif：As my working in Japan is with Chinese people, the difference is not that big, the important difference I think is the work regulations, and exactly the overtime work regulations. 

老桂：你是否考虑过在日本从事创业或参与创新项目？在日本，创业和创新的环境和机会如何？

Saif：Starting business or participating in an innovative project are my dream as any ambitious person, but I think I still need to learn a lot. In any county including Japan, starting a business or innovative project are depend on the environment and circumstance that surrounds me.

老桂：基于你的多国经历，你对于日本IT行业的国际化视野有什么看法？你认为日本公司在国际市场上的竞争力如何提升？

Saif：The high-quality reputation of Japanese product is the most powerful competitive property, but high quality need more time of producing cycle. In IT industry time is money.

老桂：在日本，多样性和包容性变得越来越重要。你作为一个也门人在日本的多样性氛围中是如何感受的？

Saif：Japan constitution provide choosing religion freedom, and Japanese people are civilized, they respect other perspectives, so that if you respect their culture and law regulations, they will respect you as well.

老桂：你在日本IT行业的经历如何影响了你对未来的规划和展望？你是否希望继续在日本发展，还是有其他的计划？

Saif：My plan now is to grow in Japan and I did not find any obstacle that effect my plan, my life as any residence are stable where I can get long visa period or PR or even Japan nationality.
